The idea of Pasta del Maestro was born between the typical agriculture and the Apulian traditions, from the desire to create one of the most appreciated products in the world, using only gluten-free and 100% made in Italy flours.
The meeting among the Boccia and the Sassano families with Carlo Fusco, the Master of Pasta, has allowed to create a gluten-free pasta that reflects the rules of tradition and craftsmanship, a pasta extruded through bronze and dried at low temperature: The Pasta del Maestro.
Carlo Fusco then made himself available to new generations to create a Gluten Free pasta with an inimitable flavor.
