TRADITION AND CRAFTSMANSHIP
Carlo Fusco began his path very young, at the age of 12, starting to work in one of the first pasta factories that used automated machineries for the production process.
In 1956 he moved to France, where he formed the “pastei d’oltralpe”.
In 1970 he returned to Italy where he collaborated with various pasta factories until the meeting with the Boccia and the Sassano families, with whom he created a new project:
teaching tradition to new generations to make gluten-free pastas with bronze drawing and drying at low temperatures
